Interior Design

Structural Engineering
As an experienced structural engineer, I have developed repair plans for hundreds of real property losses. These include losses related to fire, flood, wind, subsidence and seismic shaking. Our solutions prioritize safety, durability, and sustainability, laying the foundation for timely reoccupation.

To the top right is the new framing plan. I opted to use light-gauge steel roof trusses from MiTek seated on horizontal ledgers. The rear URM wall was also replaced, after consultation with the Masonry Institute of America, due to deterioration and prior infills.
